And now the only thing that settles me down enough to be able to fall asleep is wrapping my whole head up tight

I leave a small space for my nostrils, just enough to breathe

but my whole head is wrapped up tight

and I wrap my arms around my shoulders
and bring my legs up to my chest
and imagine sinking down into the sea and

this calms me

and I can sleep.
