walking (slowly, so as not to slip and fall) to the kwik-e-mart because i have become addicted to fresh-squeezed orange juice in the morning

headphones, listening to stories while snow gets caught in the cuffs of my slacks

laying in bed with the blinds pulled up because it all is just so beautiful.

+it is grotesque and beautiful, it is batailles and ballard, it is my knuckles bruised from the instinct to push away, violently

I like best that he is smiling.
